Mike and his team stepped up last minute to help us with lawn care this spring/summer when my husband had a hip replacement. The team did an excellent job; they were professional, thorough and did great work. There was a high emphasis on ensuring the whole property was clean and well manicured. What sets Mike and his team apart are great communication skills. There was regular and prompt follow-up to inquire if we were satisfied with the service and experience and to determine if we wanted any specific work completed or changes. In addition they solicited feedback regularly and communicated in a timely fashion to reschedule due to inclement weather. The team was also really flexible when we wanted to change the length of our service last minute. We had Big Mac’s remove and replace the sod on our front lawn yesterday. The two men who came to do the work (Doug and Caleb) were incredible. They worked very hard and were friendly and polite. They went above and beyond and even trimmed the tree on our lawn as we couldn’t reach it. Mike was a pleasure to deal with from the quote to the finished product and invoice. Very reasonable!
